1. NO CANCELLATIONS after sending in your order, or else you would be blacklisted.
2. Payment is to be made before orders are sent in.
3. Meet-ups are FOC at Hougang MRT only, no where else.
4. Prices are not inclusive of postage.
5. Postage prices can range from $0.50 to $3, depending on item weight.
6. The-star-factory is not responsible for any lost mail.
7. Preorders will only close after cappings have reached. If you want to skip cappings, there will be additional costs.
8. Payment is to be made preferably by Bank Transfer, but Meet-ups are ok too.
